CLIENT ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Celeste Harris, originally from Gastonia, NC, is a graduate of the North Carolina State University School of Social Work program where she earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree. Shortly after completing her degree, she spent 12 years working in the mental health profession, serving people across all demographics. Through her work with behavioral health nonprofits, Celeste supported individuals living with various psychiatric disorders, chemical dependencies and housing insecurity challenges. With over a decade of experience, Celeste has successfully aided clients in securing resources to be able to live independently and actualize the potential to reach their goals. Celeste’s motto is, ”Each client is more than a file, but human beings that can be transformed.” Her compassion, coupled with her patience and experience make her perfect to work in any capacity when it comes to supporting individuals and families who are interested in improving their lives.
While Celeste has seen how OCD has caused many individuals much pain and suffering, she delights in being the first point of contact for clients as the welcoming voice to our practice through intakes, consultations and social media engagement. Celeste takes pride in speaking with clients as it’s an opportunity to spread the word about ERP for OCD, and she can also support you in your scheduling and billing needs. Celeste’s core values are respect and grace as she creates safety for clients to feel the freedom to be vulnerable as they begin opening up about all forms of OCD. She is passionate about providing hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel and that individuals suffering from OCD can experience relief.
