Therapist & Clinical Referral Manager
Alishai (Al-uh-shay) Bryan is a Licensed Master of Social Work therapist in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety-related disorders, and depression. Through her specialized training and experience in Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient settings, Alishai has supported both individuals and families, while utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, the frontline treatment for OCD. By using ERP, she aims to help clients face their fears and become accustomed to life with uncertainty. Alishai also incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients reconnect with their values, strengthen resilience, and discover new ways of moving forward with purpose. She grounds these approaches in cultural responsiveness, creativity, and compassion, shaping a practice that is both evidence-based and deeply supportive.
As the first-generation daughter of an immigrant, Alishai understands the challenges that come with navigating multiple identities and expectations. She values kindness, justice, and collaboration, and is committed to creating a safe and affirming space where clients feel supported in facing challenges with courage. With warmth and collaboration at the center of her approach, she guides clients through their OCD recovery journey toward stability, inner peace, and the confidence to step into their most authentic selves.
Alishai is under the supervision of OSF’s independently licensed owner and Clinical Director, Erin Nghe, MSW, LCSW.
